You are absolutely right! I remember Tony Karitsas(?) and had a friend who worked at Pendleton Reformatory who knew him well. Tony couldn't control his temper but he did get screwed over big time on that investment property he lost.

This man was in my home because my grandson accused his father of scratching him with a comb on his legs, he had been doing it to himself, we had this man here once and I didn't trust him so I stayed right with him and my grandson.
They told me my son was guilty of this because "kids don't lie". What did he use for a defense "these kids lie" I myself wanted to go slap him when I read that. That is always what CPS tells you. I can tell you my grandson is 9 and he can lie with the best of them. he has ADHD, bipolar disorder and OCD. The school consoler believes everything he tells him, then when they send him to live with his dad where he does not want to be, the consoler goes to the school he transfers to and says he does it with all the kids that leave the school. What a cock and bull story. I don't trust him any more then this guy that will spend the nest 106 years in jail. Way to go Judge Pfleging. He got what he deserves

There is always that big IF. Was there physical evidence that he assaulted them? Or was it a case of his word against theirs? Could the boys and the family cooked this up to get even with the caseworker for something? These things are often like the Salem Witch Trials where the accused rarely has a chance at a fair trial. Unless there was physical evidence I'd take the accusation with a grain of salt.

Thank you for realizing that people really do cook up , as you put it , things when they get mad at others. It is a known fact that this is he said she said .These boys needed more help than the parents could give hence why cps was on the case and not to mention they thought they might get some money and or send the boys off to have someone else raise them . This child lies about everything, he lies about me and the other foster children, he lies about the teachers, bus driver, other kids. Of course, he then recants what he has said, he starts laughing, and will say he lied because he was mad at the time. He said the teacher always slaps him, the bus driver knocks him off the seat, and the school NEVER lets him eat at lunch. None of this is true.

I am not saying he did not do this, only he and God know the truth. But, I hope these two were not just mad at this case worker for some reason, and lied to get even. All of my foster children have very bad habits of lying, this is their best defense mechanism.
