Tabitha Raines was brutally Murdered in Tipton
County Indiana. Her body was found 10-5-02, in the Cicero Creek in Tipton City Park.
It has been 6 long years now, and her case remains an Unsolved Homicide today.
The Family is Offering a Cash Reward to anyone with information leading to the Arrest and Conviction of Tabitha's Murder.

Have you ever checked to see how many unsolved murders there has been in Tipton since 1950? I believe we would be surprised.

Was the Emberton murder ever solved? I have been told yes it has but I never seen it in the paper. If you have a paper with this in it please show me.

Why are the crimes in a small town not solved?

I know a time when I had a son in law who was wanted by the police and guess what? He was sitting on a bar stool at one of the taverns with one of the city cops.

I myself went to the police station and asked for a pair of handcuffs to go get him. Needless to say, they ran out of the door and arrested him immediately. Of course he was out in just a few hours.

Has Tipton changed for the better with better police work? I pray so. Too many of the guilty get away with even murder.
