where is the money going?? if u dont keep kids busy on that night they will find something else to do>>> and we were all kids at one time or another. so that town needs to think about our kids and there future.

Does anyone know the hours for Fishers? I can't seem to find it anywhere. We just recently moved here from Ohio, and I don't want my little girl to miss out on the fun...

Does anyone know of ANY neighborhoods where they are doing the trick or treating over the weekend? A friend of mine has to have her baby delivered on Tues and she is very upset that she won't be able to take her other daughter trick or treating on Halloween. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks!

Let me get this straight. Part of the reason for Daylight Saving Time extension was to help keep it light longer for trick or treaters. But it seems we moved from a 6PM - 8PM timeframe that has been used for a long time to a 5PM - 8PM timeframe. Why was this done? Are halloween hours set by stay at home moms who never have to account for those of us with jobs? Can I please have a frickin' hour to get home and have dinner before I start answering the door?

In all cities, bathroom break from 5:15 to 5:30. Soaping windows after 6PM and throwing corn from 9 to 10 PM. And in the future big brother will send infra-red messages to tell you how and when to do everything else,PS don't forget your curfew, and when you are done go directly to the pen with the rest of the sheep, baa, baa, Happy Halloween, sheep of Indiana>

Daylight savings time has nothing to do with trick or treaters, it was for the farmers, could see how you would get confused the two are very similar!
