I have payment arrangements with this company. Today some rude lady named Bianca contacted me and asked when I was going to make a payment. I tried to explain to her (she wouldn't listen to bus yelling) that my bank statement shows that they were paid as of the Sept. 4th. Oh boy was she yelling..then hung up on me. I called her back because I was shocked at her attitude but she didn't answer so I left here a message telling her I have all payment statements I made.

I applied for a apartment & got denied because if a debt with them. I called negotiated a amount to pay... Paid it in full & asked for a letter or some type of document to say I paid it. They lady I spoke with told me that she would fax it over to the apt complex for me. It was never received but in their notes they "sent it out" so I asked if it culd be emailed to me so that I can print it & take it there myself. I was told I had to wait 24hrs for a email which was never received... This place is a joke & they lie even when Yu have paid the debt. All I asked for was proof that it had been paid so that I could move

I also has issues with the company being rude, I was also trying to pay back and schedule some type of arrangements with the company. The lady on the line was lacked customer service skills and informed me that if I wanted to buy a home or an apartment while I was making payments they will act as if I am not paying anything to them so I will not be able obtain a residence. The lady also stated that they do this on purpose just in case I will not pay the rest of the money debted to them. My question is, is the really true? Is there some way I can get around this?
in 2009 I rented my very first apt with my at the time boyfriend who was very abusive so I had to leave. When I moved out, i had to quit my job and leave the house I went to, because he and his family were talking and threatening and harrassing me at the home and job. Then they found out I was pregnant (with the guy I got with AFTER my ex- 3 full months after) so they kept finding out info about me and began contacting my parents trying to get to me, they were extremely manipulative people. Long story short, i had to flee halfway across the US for safety of myself and unborn, and i started life over again. In 2014 i found out when my now husband and I tried buying a house and it was against my credit for $1,600 from my old apt! I never received any notifications, no calls or letters saying that i was in debt or anything. This prevented us from being able to buy the home and later we found out that if the homeowner would not have let us move in before finalizing the buying process, we would have not been able to rent either. That being said, we lived in 2 other houses, one privately owned and the other in a mobile home community, between 2009 and 2013 with no problems getting into the houses. Just depends on who you attempt to rent from.

I love how the person from GA says they had a wonderful experience, probably because you work for the company! They have a rating of F with the BBB which says it all right there. They WILL be sued because I am in the process of doing it right now. We'll see how far they get while they try to collect on INVALID debts.
Hey Britney was you able to sue because they are rude an they called me talking about I owe 1900 on my apartment which is a lie

I had a completely different experience with this company. I was very upset when I heard the apartment was charging me after I moved. This agency was professional and took the time to explain the charges. I should have read my contract. It's my own fault. I worked with them on a payment plan so this won't hit my credit. I wish all collection companies were this easy to work with.
to much like right

my card card numbers were recently taken an used on line to make various purchases - why can't there be a security code or pass word to make a purchase, that way it would be much harder for someone to use your credit card on the internet.

Tried to make a payment for my sister and was given the worst attitude probably known to man. If you're not wanting to work with customers in a CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION on that particular day or any everyone a favor and call off. You have no idea what...just your tone could do to someone's day. Theses are people trying to take ownership of a debt that they owe and you're treating/talking to them like trash.

If a representative from this company is reading this...your agents could use a little more training. I don't know why they're so upset when it's not even their money. Wow.

Yes I did the same but never received a letter of reasons for a collections, just didn't want this on my credit ... I was having it drafted out of my account and suddenly after a few months of paying I check my report and they were on there in collections. They told me it was a computer glitch. Ha! I was told it happens to several ppl and it would ve removed immediately and after a month of still paying it never came off so I stopped payments. After that the lady I was dealing with act like she never talked to me and every time afterwards trying to resolve the matter... They became very rude and I just got my credit attorney to handle it from that point... Now it's off my credit...
