Waste of money and should not be build anywhere. Beside Obama will pull all the money when Kasick wins.

Actually, Kasich said he will reject the $400 million slotted for Ohio. That is a lot of money that would create a lot of jobs.
Since when did transportation get so partisan? Is someone taking money from the asphalt lobby or something?

It seems that expensive highway projects get approved without question every day while projects to diversify transportation options always have to win some sort of funding contest. Clearly there is a bias against non-automobile transportation at the state and federal level.
