I this supposed to be surprising? The "Bailout" was to bailout or actually "reward" the rich people (rich people like John McCain and Barack Obama)and fuck the middle class. So in other words, the rich who work downtown and could afford these restaurants before, they have no problem still being able to enjoy them.
