Atlanta's Emperor of Empty Lots
On a damp Saturday evening in Manhattan, in a cigar bar on East 63rd Street, John Dewberry, who is among the most powerful real estate developers in the South, begins to weep for the second time in roughly 24 hours. The first time, the previous night, was during a performance of Hamilton , which he attended with his fiancée, Jaimie Brown.

I grew up with John Dewberry through Elementary School, High School and College. John is a natural leader and always found a way to win. I believe his track record speaks for itself and those that question his business decisions regarding delaying development of his Atlanta properties or the time it takes to build out a hotel may change their opinions down the road. Good Luck John. My Father use to tell John ...."Dewberry you are hell when you are well and you are seldom sick" His competitors in development probably feel the same.

It appears you have "feelings" for John. Perhaps you should keep that to yourself, because it appears obvious that he is heterosexual. Atlanta is full of people who aren't, you can find someone.
