NOT A CHANCE!
They rename the streets in atlanta because the crime rate is so high that since they cant control the crime rate, for national crime figures to make atlanta look a nicer city, they change the name of the street to reflect less crime. that make sense?

Please wait...
A turd by anyother name still has the same smell. They can name the streets any name, but the crime will never leave until Atlanta decides to reign in its black criminals. They changed the name of Stewart Ave, and that didn't help.

To avoid offending anyone, just use ordinal numbers for the street names like first, second, third, and so forth. North-south streets get the odd ones like first, third, fifth, and so on, and the east-west would get the evens like second, fourth, and so on. Of course, this could upset the alphabet and tree people.
