If people don't want to work for you, the problem might be YOU! This county is riddled with shady business owners who pay crap wages and demand 4-star service in return. The other problem is that working for tips in this county is precarious. It seems that 5% is the new norm. And of course servers are treated like crap by certain segments of the community who think they are royalty.
