I'm thinking of a time when an Israel defense company stalled on sending my Unit ballistic armor because they wanted to negotiate a higher price. I got home and asked someone in procurement if this was true and he confirmed it.

Yeah you're definitely doing that. Like cozying up to China and Russia. Funny enough but when you go back to the Pollard case, there's fears that some of that sub technology has made it's way to China by way of him and his handlers. One of the reasons why he is STILL in jail when many spies end up with reduced sentences after we are done milking them for information.
