LTNs INTO TRADE Rochester, IN	#5 Jan 12, 2012 Folks here is your chance to take your owners LTN into a trade program direct from my principle's SEC attorney: Here is what I need: Purple H and Blue are fine. We are getting about 20% LTV per bond. As far a documents we will need a full CIS package from the owner, and the owner will need to sign off on a JV agreement with my principle. HOWEVER, the bond(s) will need to be delivered to our bank via Euroclear /DTC free delivery. We will hold the bond for the 1 year period and return back to the client. If the client has bonds he will need to get them into the banking / euroclear /DTC system. In this regard, we might be able to assist or lend some direction. I cannot deviate from the above, and you will need to secure your commissions from the owner. If the owner will not follow the above protocol please move on.
