Woman awaits new trial after sons recant 2002 testimony

Lorinda Swain will wait a few more weeks before learning if she will have a new trial on charges she sexually assaulted her adopted son.

While waiting to see the doctor, a three year old child and his grandmother came in the office. This child was horrible, running all over the office, jumping on chairs and so many other things I could feel myself wanting to put him with nose to the wall in a corner as his Grandmother did tell him to stop so many times. She finally got so angry she told him she was going to "blister" his ass. He turned to look at her and said" I will call the cops on you". This is how our children are raised these days. It dawned on me to get the security officer nearby and tell the misfit he had come for him! I am so glad I never had children!

ummmm...i don't get it. what does this have to do with a boy saying his mother molested him? please clarify?

Kids lie, but not always. I would hope that when there is a new trial, they give this "child" a poloygraph test since he is no longer a child. If he did lie, the kid should face punishment. If it is determine that she did it, put her back in the slammer. Of course the State is letting out sex offenders so she would get out anyways!
