Local judge holds Constitution in Contempt

This may be the kind of article which gets a few laughs and sells a few newspapers, but it totally fails to point out how a local Superior Court Judge just held the 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution in contempt.
The 5th Amendment basically says no person can be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. But this is exactly what the judge did. He by passed any grand jury proceeding and held a trial for this citizen and decided the case in one afternoon that he was guilty of a felony charge with no due process at all, sentencing him to jail or a fine. What happened to due process Judge Stephens? Who gives you the right to ignore our Constitution when even the local cop killer has been getting nothing but due process for over two years and still has not had a trial? Note also how all the local chicken lawyers in Athens sit around and do nothing about all this abuse by local tyrants like Stephens.
By the way, there are many local citizens of Athens, even homeless beggars, who are never asked to do jury duty. Why? Couldn’t they use the money? And why do they get a free ride while police wink at their illegal and unsafe activities standing and jogging in and out of traffic to get money? Many others not on lists also avoid jury duty too. This is unfair and even illegal and violates the equal protection of all citizens, but again the local chicken lawyers all sit around and do nothing about it because they do not want to offend their local idol judge in case they happened to have a case before him next time. Shame on them.
This potential juror behaved badly, yes. But many others behave that way and worse, but do not have their constitutional rights abridged arbitrarily by a local tyrant judge. For example, tenants lie to landlords every day, but the local legal racket courts still indulge them and usually unfairly favor them over landlords. In fact the whole landlord law in Georgia is in patent violation of the Constitution. Judge Stephens violated the most basic rights of a citizen with impunity so far. The local chicken lawyers should sue the State of Georgia for $10 million and send them a message about due process which this corrupt State is so good at violating of its citizens, or some of them at least. Shame on all of you gutless wonders in Athens.
