Jail Ms. Lerner until she has a change of mind

It is not for Ms. Lerner to determine if she has broken any laws or done anything wrong. This is for Congress and others to decide, not her. Just as it is not for ordinary citizens to decide if they have done anything wrong.
Many years ago a local professor refused to tell a federal judge how he voted on a UGA promotion committee. The judge jailed this professor until he changed his mind about disclosing the truth.
The same must happen to Ms. Lerner, who waived any rights she may have had by giving a statement anyway.
Shame, shame, shame on Congress. They should immediately have her arrested and jailed and fired without any pension.
