So someone explain the logic to me. Obama says we needs to completely makeover the American healthcare system because 30-40 million Americans don't have health insurance (not that they can't receive care, but that they don't have health insurance).
Latest estimates say that even after all this is said and done, 30 million will STILL not have health insurance.
And now we find out that in 2010, Obama officials speculated that as many as 93 million who HAD insurance will LOSE their insurance after implementation of Obamacare.
Only in the land of left wing lunatics does that make sense.

It makes sense if you want to take total control of our economy and the American people. The government is still aiming at a single payer system and at the rate the whole thing is moving , they will get it soon.
I am curious what the insurance companies are going to do now that they see that they have been lied to. They thought that they were going to get rich off many more new policy holders but the rates will be too high for many people to afford them. They are now losing money. It should now be clear to the insurance industry that the AHCA is going to crash on it's own and not give the insurance industry the promised money making deal that they were promised by Obama. Now the companies are losing their policy holders due to the way the AHCA was written. They are not getting all the people switching over to their new government policies as they expected. I think they have been lied to by Obama just as the unions were lied to. Make a deal with the devil and you get what you deserve. The problem is that the American people are caught in the middle. I guess they had better pay more attention and quit being so gullible the next time they vote.

And McCain just can't help praising her:
“I don’t think there’s any doubt she has widespread support. Her work as secretary of state, with the exception of this issue of Benghazi -- which isn’t going away -- I think has been outstanding. I think she would be viewed by anyone, Republican or Democrat, as a very formidable candidate for 2016.”

He calls her work "outstanding" - and yet he calls Ted Cruz, a fellow Republican, a "wacko bird". Please McCain, do us a favor and GO HOME or just go ahead and leave the Republican party and join the Democrat party - you can raise the average IQ of both parties that way.

Oh, absolutely, any one with any sense could see the end goal. Obamacare was designed to bring about the end of private insurance. I think the insurance companies tried to play nice in a vain attempt to try and protect themselves, but they should have seen the handwriting on the wall. Obama (and the majority of the Democrat leadership) want single payer, but as Obama himself said:

"A single payer health care credit--universal healthcare credit. That's what I'd like to see, but as all of you know, we may not get there immediately."

Only in the land of left wing lunatics does that make sense.
Assuming your serious.

Here's why your expressed concerns are the result of Right Wing hyperbole and not relevant in the real world.

First - the AHCA has no effect on the 95% of Americans with insurance now as they are insured under group policies that qualify under the AHCA.

So immediately 95% of those with insurance are not included in your concern. Employers are not requires to make any changes, unless the group insurance they provide is so insufficient it fails to qualify as reasonable coverage. That has never been a substantial problem as group coverages are almost always reasonable in scope.

As to the 5% of Americans currently carrying some form of insurance,(whether legitimate coverage or "Junk" policies.")

Next- every year millions of Americans with private insurance plans have those plans canceled for a multitude of reasons. It happens every year and nobody got excited. Last year millions of people also had their automobile insurance canceled when they switched from Allstate to State Farm.

So immediately millions of people whose plans are canceled would have been canceled anyway --- but here's the great part - before these people could not have replaced the overage because of pre-existing conditions or in insurability - and now they can.

They can replace the insurance that would have been canceled anyway, leaving them without coverage, with a qualified policy that doesn't exclude pre-existing conditions.

That's a good thing.

Next - millions of the policies being canceled are canceled because they are not real insurance coverage that actually provide enough insurance to keep us taxpayers from footing the bill when these people need medical care. Think "cancer" policies and "payment per day" policies, and policies that don't cover known medical conditions, and "catastrophic" policies with huge deductibles.

These policies are a waste of money and cause us responsible Americans to again pay the medical bills for those with insufficient insurance. Think of a automobile liability policy with a $10K limit when a car crash can easily cause millions in damages.

It's a good thing that "pretend" insurance is replaced by real, substantive, actual coverage.

Yes, there will be millions of Americans who either still cannot afford to buy insurance - but they can't now anyway, and there will be millions of Americans who choose to remain deadbeat parasites, demanding we responsible Americans pay their medical bills for them.

The AHCA will help many of those who cannot afford to buy insurance without help to buy the coverage they need, by subsidizing their purchase of insurance.
This doesn't cost money - it saves us money- because we provide these people medical care now at the ER, Hospitals, and Clinics in the most inefficient and expensive way possible.

It's cheaper to help them but real insurance, which saves money for taxpayers and lowers the deficit.

Both are good things.

The AHCA will also tax the deadbeats and use those tax funds to help pay the medical costs the deadbeats dump on us responsible Americans.

Another good thing.

Forcing freeloading deadbeats to pay their own way - a true "Conservative" idea.

Those are just plain facts.

Attack all you want, but if you do you are simply revealing your complaints are irrational.

Breitbart - hiring the hookers that World Nut Daily can't afford.

Very persuasive.

Maybe Wayne A. Root can get a job their teaching us how to "invest" our Medicare funds in Las Vegas casinos.

Stop whining.

We'll pay for your medical care when you qualify for Medicare. Can't you get off Medicaid for just a few years and pay your own way ?

I'd like to invest more int 401K, but paying for medical care for freeloading Right Wing Deadbeats is starting to hurt.

Maybe I'll just dump my employees medical plans and blame it on the AHCA, and tell 'em all to just become Right Wing Freeloading Deadbeats too.

Heck, I'll save a fortune.

Your so full of bull. I am not going to sit here and argue a page of post with you. It is just this simple. Business AHCA deferments end in 2014. Many of these people will then lose their insurance with their group policies. A few may be able to keep their group insurance for only one more year if they can sign up now. Those that don't will be out of luck unless their employers pay a much higher premium. Many of these people may be put on a 29 hour work week so their employer will not need to give them insurance.
But what do you care, at least at this stage of the game?

"The Obama Administration has been claiming that insurance companies will be competing for your dollars under the Affordable Care Act, but apparently they haven't surveyed the nation's top hospitals.

Americans who sign up for Obamacare will be getting a big surprise if they expect to access premium health care that may have been previously covered under their personal policies. Most of the top hospitals will accept insurance from just one or two companies operating under Obamacare.

[CHART: Which Top Hospitals Take Your Insurance Under Obamacare?]

"This doesn't surprise me," said Gail Wilensky, Medicare advisor for the second Bush Administration and senior fellow for Project HOPE. "There has been an incredible amount of focus on the premium cost and subsidy, and precious little focus on what you get for your money.""

" Watchdog.org looked at the top 18 hospitals nationwide as ranked by U.S. News and World Report for 2013-2014. We contacted each hospital to determine their contracts and talked to several insurance companies, as well.

The result of our investigation: Many top hospitals are simply opting out of Obamacare."

Climate change again.........

"Environmentalists hoped the latest study from the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) would finally end the increasingly acrimonious debate over the causes and consequences of climate change. It has had the opposite effect.

MIT physicist Richard Lindzen called the IPCC report "hilarious incoherence." British historian Rupert Darwall labeled it "nonsense" and "the manipulation of science for political ends." Judith Curry of the Georgia Institute of Technology says the IPCC suffers from "paradigm paralysis" and should be "put down."

The most precise criticism of the IPCC's report came from the editors of Nature, one of the world's most distinguished science journals: "Scientists cannot say with any certainty what rate of warming might be expected, or what effects humanity might want to prepare for, hedge against or avoid at all costs."

Despite decades of research funded by taxpayers to the tune of billions of dollars, we are no more certain about the impact of man-made greenhouse gases than we were in 1990, or even in 1979 when the National Academy of Sciences estimated the effect of a doubling of carbon dioxide to be "near 3 degrees C with a probable error of plus or minus 1.5 degrees C."

The lower end of that range, which is where the best research on the likely sensitivity of climate to carbon dioxide lands, is well within the bounds of natural variability.

Significantly, the IPCC has backed down from its previous forecasts of increases in droughts and hurricanes. And it admits, but does not explain, why no warming has occurred for the past 15 years.

Due to its charter and sheer bureaucratic momentum, the IPCC is compelled to claim it is more confident than ever in its alarmist predictions, even as real-world evidence falsifies them at every turn. Policymakers and the public have no reason to believe this discredited oracle."

What no one has told you will be coming to America.....

"All-Time High Unemployment: The Economic Depression In Europe Just Keeps Getting Deeper"

"All you have to do is look at the latest unemployment numbers to realize that things are getting worse in Europe.

In Italy, the unemployment rate is up to 12.5 percent.

In January 2012, less than two years ago, it was sitting at just 8.9 percent.

In Greece, the unemployment rate is up to an astounding 27.6 percent.

In January 2012, it was sitting at just 21.4 percent.

In Spain, the unemployment rate is up to 26.6 percent.

In January 2012, it was sitting at just 22.8 percent, and all the way back in January 2008 it was just 8.6 percent.

The youth unemployment statistics in the eurozone are even more horrifying...

Unemployment among the under-25s rose by 22,000 in September to 3,548,000 – nudging up youth jobless rate to 24.1%. In France, the youth jobless rate jumped from 25.6% to 26.1%, while in Italy it increased from 40.2% to 40.4%.

But as bad as those numbers are, they are nothing compared to what is going on in Spain and Greece. In Spain, the youth unemployment rate is up to 56.5 percent, and in Greece the youth unemployment rate is up to 57.3 percent."

"Economic conditions in both the United States and Europe have never even gotten close to where they were prior to 2008, and now the next major wave of the economic collapse is rapidly approaching."

"Don’t Worry – The Government Says That The Inflation You See Is Just Your Imagination"

"-McDonald’s has killed the dollar menu because it is becoming impossible to “make any money selling burgers for $1“.

But don’t worry – the government says that the inflation you see is just your imagination.

-Amazon.com has raised the minimum order size required for free shipping from $25 to $35.

But don’t worry – you can afford to order more stuff thanks to the great new job that you got during this “economic recovery”.

-It is being projected that those using natural gas to heat their homes will see their heating costs rise by 13 percent this winter.

But don’t worry –“global warming” should kick in to high gear any day now.

-The price of chocolate has gone up by 45 percent since 2007, and it is being projected that it will now be increasing at an even faster pace.

But don’t worry – eating chocolate is bad for you anyway.

-Thanks to Obamacare, the health insurance premiums of many American families are absolutely skyrocketing. As I wrote about the other day, one family down in Texas just got a letter informing them that their health insurance premiums are going up by 539 percent.

But don’t worry – this is just “health care reform” in action.

Meanwhile, things just continue to get tougher for middle class American families. Household incomes have actually been declining for five years in a row and total consumer credit has risen by a whopping 22 percent over the past three years.

The quality of our jobs continues to go down and our paychecks are not keeping up with inflation. In fact, 40 percent of all U.S. workers are now making less than what a full-time minimum wage worker made back in 1968 after you account for inflation.

So what do the “authorities” say that the solution to our problems is?

They want even more inflation of course. According to CNBC, many Federal Reserve officials (including Janet Yellen) believe that what the U.S. economy really needs is a lot more inflation…"

A lot more inflation???
