Not inside kids bodies, I wouldn't care how safe they make it, i wouldn't put them inside my kids. Why not put them inside the criminals bodies as a tracker instead, why must the innocent be tagged?

A science fiction movie comes to mind, starring Tom Cruise, I can't think of the name right now. This movie has everyones eye-ball prints, the criminals would cut out their eyes to get through the detectors.

I'm sure I saw it. I remembered a few parts but not enough to say if I liked it or not. I had to google some info to get the name. I'm bad remembering Titles, names and such anyway.
