Happened in 1991...it is so uncalled for that he has remined on death row for soo many years.Executions need to take place within the year .Why does a crimminal have the right to stay alive for so long,when he/she has been found guilty.

Because the laws of this land provide him opportunities to appeal. And the reason these don't take place with in a year is because like in instances where the truth comes out later on. Ever heard of wrongly convicted people before????

I am outraged that this man has not already had the lethal injection since the DNA evidence tied him to the crimes. This is such a brutal crime. For the two Kentucky prisoners who argued lethal injection was unconstitutionally cruel, it may be, but this crime was unconstitutionally cruel. This beast should be given the lethal injection.

If the man is TRULY guilty he should get the death penalty. There are many people that are falsly accused of a crime and later found to be innocent. The judicial system is not interested in determining guilt or innocence just getting a conviction. I've seen this first hand.
