One would have to bring up the question as why McCain's trying to use Osama’s non military service when his don’t seem important

As some of you may know, the new Iraq funding bill passed today, with Senator Webb’s new GI bill attached. John McCain didn’t even show up to vote. He was busy shilling for donations in California. I guess the ad above from VoteVets.org ...
I Am TRex - http://www.iamtrex.com
Which brings up other comments from " Mc Cain
“And I will not accept from Senator Obama, who did not feel it was his responsibility to serve our country in uniform, any lectures on my regard for those who did."

I am sure vets don’t except the fact that one who did serve is turning his back on them.
And to all the others who support this war as well as the Gulf war working at factories and sending gifts and letters who serve our country
But not in uniform would not either

McCain didn’t even show up to vote,
When it’s Obama trying to expand the GI Bill for the vets.
Some things to think about.

Two wars that have been started based not on the whole truth. They support it as long as it’s following their agenda. But even than giving our troops tanks without proper armor.
This war having no clear plan to pull out. Which makes one wonder about McCain’s remark about our troops being there for 100 years.
Whose watch was it on when the VA hospitals went to hell?
Who does not even show respect to those who haven given their lifes to be there when the bodies of the fallen return home?
No McCain's service to his country don’t seem important but not showing up to vote falls along the same line as Bush not being their to respect the ones that have fallen

Have you read the new GI Bill? Have you bothered to find out why McCain and many others do not want to pass this bill?

Four years of paid college,$1700 per month and $1000 per year for books for a three year hitch? Does that really add up to you?

Have you bothered to find out McCain reasons had nothing to do with the bill except he thought it would keep enlistment levels low to be ably to send vets to war based on lies not fact.
I'm a gulf war vet and have lost a lot of friends in the last wars. Vets dying for a war based on lies.Does that really add up to you?

As a fellow Vet, thank you for your service. I have considered why McCain is opposed to the bill. What do you mean '"e thought it would keep enlistment levels low; how does that make any sense?

The reason for the GI bill is to reward/thank veterans for their service. As a disabled veteran, I am dismayed that people signing up for a three year hitch may get a full ride at college, even if they don't see any comba. The bill is politically motivated designed to sway soldiers and veterans votes.

The congress won't even properly fund the VA health care system.

The other beeing a speech SENATOR McCAIN Made.
STATEMENT ON PASSAGE OF WOUNDED WARRIOR ACT AND PAY RAISE FOR TROOPS
Paying over 25 special pays and bonuses designed to improve military recruiting and retention. For which now saying it would hurt the enlistment levels. Speech made in September 6, 2007
