Port of Astoria to pay for dredge violations

I think it's great that the commissioners are taking responsibility for those past actions. It's a big chuck of money, but it's the right thing to do. Now this just needs to be remembered whenever there's a temptation to do the "easy" thing. Makes me proud to come from what I feel is the greenest state.
