It is a sad world where we have 16 year old CHILDREN planning bank robberies. Why can't kids kust be kids.. I could not have imagined doing some of the things that thes kids do now a days. Guess I am just an old fart afterall.????

Maybe it is lack of education? Like her litter sister is proving above?
Kids now a days--something really needs to be done.

This world is coming to a sad sad time! Something needs to be done to make the youth realize that the actions have punishments. I personally believe she should be charged as an adult....and release her name! As for her sisters comment I am sorry your sister is a criminal but your actions reflect who you really are!!!!

I hope Lil Sis' mom reads her comment and gives her a swift kick in the behind and sits her down with an English book! Then again, doesn't look like the parents have shown much concern in the past if this is what's become of their children! I hope the parents get punished as well as the phsyco girl planning such things at her age!

These days, some parents just don't care what is happeing to kids. Give them $ and send them off. They eat at fast food places, hang at the mall, etc. What happened to good old family time? It really is a shame what is happening to our society. I know the world is fast paced and everyone is busy, but..... we really need to know what our kids are doing and where they are. Check up on them once and awhile.See if they are really where they say there are or who they are supposed to be with. This might cut down on some of the crimes. Let's try and get them back on track!

My best friend was in the first robbery at the bank in January. That was an experience that will forever haunt her. It disgusts me that a little girl planned this. She should be charged as an adult. I would have a few choice words to say to her.

To those who are brilliant, making a decision to transgress against another person's property or life requires one question. Is this action right or wrong?

A lot of these comments are true to an extent but I know one of these mothers personally and let me just set the record straight. This mother was an EXCELLENT mother who only wanted the best for her son. This mother and father did provide a life that was full of family time, education, sports and LOVING environment to call home. This mother and father were connected in their son's life and did give a crap where he ended up and yes kids do learn from SOME of their mistakes but you can only push so much on the parents. As a parent myself I don't know how I would react to such a crime from one of my children and that is exactly how I am sure all of the families are feeling. How do we deal with this? I do believe that if this young girl wants to play an adult then she should be charged as an adult as well as both of the boys. I feel sorry for these kids and their families and for the tellers at the bank. This is something that shouldn't just get swept under the rug, All 3 of these individuals should get the maximum penalty but along with that they need not to be forgot about, locked away in some 5x5 cell and left to rot. PA should educate these children and counsel these children to find where the root of the issues are so in the event that they do make it out one day they can live productive lives and not feel the need to return to a life of crime. ANd for the mother that I know.... I know this is very hard for you and your family but hang in there we all know what a wonderful job you tried to do for him! and we Love you!

Not so sure you will need that spelling garbage when you hit the real world and get a job. Then again, if robbing banks are all you guys can think of since you sure aren't spending the time studying English, maybe you won't need to get a job. Seems you have it all figured out! Congratulations!

For besfriend - OK sweetie now that you got your feelings out let me tell you a little about me. I work in law enforcement and am a certified corrections officer and if you dont know what that is you (and your PPL) will surely find out soon enough. The way that you speak and write proves that you are young and do not know how the real world works. Your right no one knows the real her and honestly I wouldnt want to. If this is the life that they, including Jimmy,(who is actually my COUSIN) that robbed this bank want to lead then so be it. I believe that with every action their is a consequence and guess what all 3 need to pay it including my cousin. If a jury or judge decides he deserves life then who am I to question it. Those bank robberies that your PPL did could have gone terribly wrong and thank god that they didnt. Now they need to pay! whether your friend was there or not, she participated and I hope she has plenty of time on her hands to think about how if she just would have went to english class that day things may have turned out different! I am sorry if I have offended you but wake up honey, Life is hard enough when you live the straight way and even harder whe nyou don't

One of these days some kid will hand a note to the teller or cashier, and they won't even be able to read it.

"I wunts da muni"

Truthfully, there are:
Good kids with good parents
Good kids with bad parents
Good kids with no parents
Bad kids with no parents
Bad kids with bad parents &
Bad kids with good parents.

It's a shame that when kids no matter what age or label get into trouble, a lot of parents (good and bad) keep bailing them out. No parent wants to see their kid in jail, but that 12 months may straighten out their lives, and their friends' as well.
