3 Questions.
(1) Doesn't Gettysburg have a curfew?
(2) Why doesn't the police enforce the curfew?
(3) Aren't the parents aware of be responsible for their children and know that they are on the streets at that time of the morning?
If anyone cares to respond to this comment, I hope that it would be someone in the know, rather than someone jnjust to air their two cents worth.

1. Yes, it is 11 o'clock.
2. Supposedly they do.
3. Not all parents are responsible themselves.

1-Yes.
2-Police can't be everywhere at all times.
3-Apparently not.

Appears the Church Arson Prevention Act of 1996 only applies if minorities are affected by a church arson action: " the defendant, in committing the offense, travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses a facility or instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce in interstate or foreign commerce; AND... intentionally defacing, damaging, or destroying religious real property (or attempting to do so) because of the race, color, or ethnic characteristics of any individual associated with such property..."

Looks like my assumption wasn't off. Curfews only apply to people younger than 18. It's still probably pretty easy to slip under the radar in a town like Gettysburg. You are giving way too much credit to some parents.

So is bearing false witness against your neighbors, or in other words lying. Oh wait, that's one of the Ten Commandments. Even worse.

Who ever burnt the church didn't go knocking on doors to make sure no one was in the other buildings. Luck was on there side that no one was killed. Hope there caught before they strick again.

No Casino Group = minority
According to Siderio and Paddock this was aimed at their cause
I guess the Church Arson Prevention Act would apply here then
