1-Of course they will be fired if they demand higher wages. Cheap labor is the whole point of them being hired.
2-The ACLU will take care of the recourse problems.

Just like Pelosi and Obama both tryed to marginalize the Tea Parties...then 3 months later she's on TV cryin and sayin she's afwaid!! Well here's the good news friend. You see in order for a Bill or even an amendment to become law it MUST be passed on the floor of both the House and the Senate. This is described in article 1 of the United States Constitution. Article 1 of the United States Constitution describes the powers of the "Legislative" branch of the Federal Government ie. Congress.
Any variation from that document(United States Constitution) will result in the same thing happening to Obama as happened to the Honduran President who was exiled! Any one trying to enforce such a thing would be guilty of treason. In other words the Policeman who took the order to come illegally confisctae weapons from private citizens would absolutely end up in a closed coffin leaving both widows and orphans behind. This could NOT happen outside of Martial Law being declared and once that happens...we will cease to exist as a country and will break up into sections. That would be better to me than living under a left wing Government.
