Likley something that will become standard invesitigation procedure is to check cellphone records. Used to be in rural areas when a crash had no known cause you might walk around and look for deer tracks etc but with cellphone and testing by the younger generation it's resonable to ask that such records be checked .... Might help prevent another death.

I knew Tiffany, her husband Jason and their two little boys Cameron and Colton (whom I adore). This is so sad, the 2 little boys will miss their mommy, they are only 5 and 3 yrs. old. My thoughts and prayers go out to their whole family.

Hopefully they'll check the car to see why the airbag didn't deploy. It was obviously a bad accident so I would have thought they would have opened. Whether or not that would have made a difference I don't know but something didn't go right. My condolences to the family.

Looking at a satellite view of Oregon Road I see that there are very few trees along it, so that was something of a lucky hit. Well unlucky actually!

The location shown on the map is a right turn, and the article says she went off to the right. How do you end up off the road on the inside of a turn like that? It was too early to be drunk.

Big Johnson,
She missed the turn to the right and went off the right side of the road into the tree. What is so hard to understand about that? Instead of turning into the curve to follow the road she went straight and went off the road. Also, there are several different tree patches along the whole road. Maybe you want to check out the area in person before you start posing questions, especially when you are mentioning alcohol. Think of others and their families before making any assumptions.

No, normally you would go off the outside of a missed turn, i.e. the left side of the road for a missed right-hander. How do you end up on the inside?

I was a friend of Tiffanys......I didnt know her kids or her husband, and I am truly sorry for what happened. I cant imagine burying my mom right now although I have burried my son when he was 2 1/2 months old. Now when I think of January 13th I will not only remember the day my son died but the day I lost a really wonderful friend. And to those of you that want to make comments about her drinking why dont you first consider that their are grieving families about and that maybe they dont appreciate you making comments like that about their mother, daughter, sister, cousin, or friend; because I will tell you this I do not take kindly to you judging my friend or even assuming you know what happened that is for the law to decide. And finally I will say the judging is up to GOD not you!!! May you rest in peace forever and always Tiff....I love you girl!!!!

Big Johnson: Are you just completely heartless? I agree with Ann and Hank, you need to take into consideration that Tiffany was a human being and has family and friends that are grieving over her sudden death at such a young age- no matter "how" she came upon hitting that tree. She deserves to be remembered in a positive way. I would not want her two little boys to grow up and read some of the things that have been said by people who didn't even know her.

First thing condolances to her family and God Bless those little children.....
And second goes out to the quote to BODIE----Dumba** did it accure to you that she may have slipped on black ice!!!!!! Or are you just that dumb becuase she was young you have to assume she was on the phone.....You must be old and uneducated to have to write something like that. A young girl has lost her life and now her 2 young boy do not have a mother and you have to be rude and stupid. All I have to say is if you have a cell and u talk on it while driving better hope your words dont come true on you...ASSH**E!!!!!
