Body found near Ashtabula overpass

The Ashtabula County Sheriff's Department is investigating how a body ended up underneath an overpass. via WKYC-TV

This young man is my nephew. He is somebody's son, brother, uncle and grandson. He is Loved very much. Please if any one knows what happened please call the sheriff's office or cornor, so that his family can find closer and so he can rest in peace.
