I'm the girlfriend of Robert Kramer who was killed in the accident in Dickey county. I went to the accident site on Friday November 9th. Since the accident, the road had been grated and oiled down.Why did it take my boyfriends life to make them do what should have been done before? How can the person or persons who are in charge of keeping those gravel roads maintained sleep at night? The love of mylife is gone, who do I blame!!!
