Ashland-area resident Kathy Straughn is trying to make a difference and raise $25,000 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation by July 26, 2008.

According to her, is 5000 people would skip just one fast food meal and make a donation of $5.00, she would achieve her goal.

Her mission is called Brown Bag For A Cure and her website is . Check it out.

Please join me and the others that have already make a contribution and help Kathy give hope to children with brain tumors.

Checks may be made out to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and mailed to Brown Bag For A Cure, 9282 Monongahela Tr., Ashland, VA 23005

Kathy takes no money from your donation and 100% goes to the PBTF.
