Kind of funny how the Commissioner of the VMRC came across this. I heard he lives over that way, someone must have lined his pockets in this case because he is not this easy on the working class when they appear in his "court room". He will take a mans working rights from him but only punish the rich with a small fine for taking away wetland, how sad.
