I have a hand painted pitcher that says "Made in Italy for Prince Macaroni Co" on the bottom, "Enjoyt your wine with Prince Spaghetti" under the handle, and "Salute" across the rim above the handle. It is painted with grapes and plums. I cannot find anything about it. Can you help?

Hi,
I recently found one from yardsale which is almost the same, but says "Enjoy your drinks with Prince Spaghetti" and "Made in Italy for Prince Macaroni". Been looking everywhere and can't find any information. Any news?

I've had one for years and years except mine doesn't have anything written on the handle... Curious about it...

I have a Prince Pitcher that I personally won at a live Radio broadcast in Boston in the late 40's. In great shape except for one small chip, lots of writing on several surfaces, and I'm optimistically listing it on Ebay... thinking about $80.00. Has anyone had experience selling this to a collector?

These were promotional pitchers from Prince Pasta, from WNAC network in Boston. Some of them say "Leave out the word Salute" due to a comical miscommunication between the Italian manufacturer and the radio station.

Hi Julia- I have recently aquired one of these pitchers in MINT condition. It does say "SALUTE" on the rim, and Enjoy wine with your Prince Spaghetti along with Made for the Prince Macaroni Co. on the bottom. Did anyone find more information on this item? I currently have it listed in my ETSY store for 95.00. I can not find anything about it. Does anyone know what radio station it was?
Thanks!
