To be "green," add to the deficit, be politically correct, progressive, and open-minded, and promote mindless sysmbolism.
Just more of the status quo!

Just where does everyone think all that electricity comes from to charge those cars? YES...from "fish-killing" dams and coal-choking generation (tic) LOL
