Study: Ashland's water supply at risk from climate change

PLEASE enough with the climate change. Climate pattern cycles DO occur naturally, although the liberal media & government and the Obamabots will tell you otherwise. This is about government expansion of power, not about the environment, which is incredibly resiliant.
