Reviews mixed on restaurant proposal
Residents offered mixed views about a proposed restaurant adjacent to Lithia Park, with many admiring the design but others concerned that it would worsen downtown parking problems.

Why does it have to be so big.
The proposed structure is nothing more than the Mcmansioning of Ashland.
It is typical of the culture of build it bigger until the work lives out of the area.
I have gone to Ashland since the 1970's.
Were are the places being built for what working people could afford.
They are not.
You have a dead building by the Ashland hotel that has been on the market for years.
The city planners better think of parking or you will have another dead horse.

That's why I haven't been there in over 20 years!
