I placed two orders on February 17th, 2013 totaling $ 327.00, for vegetables, herbs, and flowers. February 26th, both checks cleared our bank account. We received one email on March 6th, confirming one of the orders.
After numerous faxes, phone calls, and emails, we finally received a confirmation email on April 2nd, that they had found my orders and were working on them.
Since then we have made many attempts to contact them. They hide behind the fax machine and email. As of May 24th, we have not received our orders or a refund.
They provide Zero Customer Service.
After finding Dave's Garden site and seeing 63 negative reviews of Heirloom Acres Seeds, I would highly recommend not ordering from them.
After a little research, I found Heirloom Acres Seeds had made it on to local TV with a message from the BBB for their Bad Business Practices.
On the Better Business Bureau website, they have a (F) rating, and 33 unresolved complaints.
The Missouri Attorney General has many complaints as well.
They have duped many out of their money, and they cause heartache with their lack of concern for people who order from them.
Do yourself a favor; do not order from them. Go with a reputable vendor.
