That angers me and makes me sick. This person needs to be caught and brought to justice. What else are they capable of when clearly they have no compassion? This person is a danger to society. Everyone should be very worried.
My heart goes out to the owners. I have been in tears thinking of your sweet dog. She did not deserve this. I heard she was very sweet.
