Let's outlaw those balloons that realtors and party people try to their mail boxes, street signs and anywhere else they can think of. I wouldn't mind if they would take them down when done, but too often they are found impaled up in someone's tree, an eyesore until months later if we get lucky and it falls down. Also they drift through the neighborhood if they get loose.
