NEVER AGAIN will I shop at this store! The sales women was very rude! Plus the dresses are cheap quality and over priced.

Agreeing with Emily, the sales woman was probably one of the most mean, insulting, sexist people I have ever encountered. I came to the mall specifically to visit this store, and was very upset when I was told that i had to come back with my mom if i wanted to shop (in case i break a dress?), and when the woman said "you are not a medium", and took the dress i wanted out of my hand. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I went here with my girlfriend to look at prom dresses. I do not think that I have ever met a more disrespectful or rude sales person. On top of that she was far from helpful and came off as more insulting than anything. This store is a disgrace to the Natick Collection, I will not be returning.

I had ok luck at this place, as far as respect and help but if it is busy they definitely aren't as helpful. As far as the prices you won't find them any cheaper unless u buy online. My advise is (with any shop) chose a dress then look online to see if it's less expensive.

I went here with my mother to look at bridal gowns. The saleswoman was not friendly or helpful, but got out the ones I asked for. Later, as I was trying them on, I made a comment about my wedding and she replied "Oh, you're the bride? I thought you were going to a wedding." WTF? Rude and unhelpful salespeople, poor selection. Would not recommend.

I guess I went on a luckier day than everybody else? The saleswoman that's helped me was attentive and even picked out prom dress I ended up buying. I had to come back with my mom though. I admit I was thrown off when I was told to bring an adult but they explained the kids that play dress up and ruin the merchandise. So I guess it's understandable. Bad side is the size of the store. It can get pretty cramped when it's busy.

They were extremely rude, and the store is an abomination to the Natick mall. They were unhelpful, but not just not helpful, but actually ruined the experience. They didn't just "put on dresses", but they did it with such mean attitude and rush that it was a terrible experience. The two women there never smiled once, they obviously hate their job, and i hated going. Although its all prom dresses, and they had a lot, they are extremely overpriced. I loved a dress there, but how rude and disrespectful they were made me change my mind about giving them a dime.

Good selection of prom dresses and reasonable prices. I thought the sales people were more on the blunt side than rude. I had alterations done here which were a bit pricey (cause it's a bridal store?) and the dress came back perfectly.

^ lol you realize zippers can break don't you? These aren't shirts. They're sensitive dresses. I used to work at a bridal boutique and we had to be very attentive on sizes and zippers to prevent damages.
As far as this place goes. I didn't face any overly rude employee but they weren't overly helpful either. It was so busy I just tried on my dresses, bought the one I liked, and got out of there. I came in here to comment on their large selection. They seem to have every kind of style so go here if you're still having trouble finding one you like.

I went to find a formal gown, found a beautiful one and asked if they had it in other sizes to try on. she said no but had me try on the extra small and the medium. She gave me wicked attitude when i asked if there were any sizes in between and just said no we will order the small. the extra small is too small and the medium is too big. so you are a small. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way... I am curvy so sometimes dresses pull where you don't want them to or look too baggy at the top. ANYWAY I expressed my concern and she just kept repeating herself over and over. and I said that was fine to order it but I didn't want to pay for it until I knew it would fit. she refused to listen and tried to place the order anyway. Clearly i wasn't going to give her my credit card info but she was so condescending and rude the entire time. and when she asked the event and I said military ball she scoffed at that too. rude. noooo thanks.

Wow, after hearing so many negative comments, I was shocked. I agree that the employees aren't the most helpful, but at least they do their job. I went in there with my friend while looking for prom dresses, just for fun, both of us thinking they're way too expensive. I looked for 20 seconds and found my dream prom dress, and one lady, a young American girl, asked if I wanted to try it on. I said yes, so she took the dress, hung it up in the fitting room, and left me to try it on. I had trouble zipping it up, so I asked my friend to help me, but the lady offered to help. She ended up calling her coworker to help as well (not to mention randomly asked me to take off my bra), but they got it on. I walked out to show my friend, and both of them complimented me, saying it looked so pretty. It was gorgeous.
The dress came to $169, which wasn't bad at all, and they wrapped it nicely. The one thing I did not like, however, was the fact that there's no return policy, and only a 3-day hold policy. But I am satisfied nonetheless, and now I have a beautiful red prom dress.

I am so shocked at these comments! I had the best experience at this store. Let me tell you, my daughter and I have been up and down MA and this was maybe our 7th prom store in the past week. Thoroughly exhausted, we came in here expecting the same unhelpful and rude employees we experienced in the other stores but that was certainly not the case. They were amazingly helpful and even gave us suggestions on how to save money on tailoring. Other shops will try to sell you everything to make more money but we didn't feel pushed to buy or spend more than I needed to. The total came out to less than $250 for this gorgeous prom dress! I will be sure to tell others to come here and hopefully those that are scared away by the negative comments above will give this place another chance.

We went in on a week day afternoon. My daughter had no real idea what style dress she wanted. There were two young sales people there who were very helpful. One actually suggested a dress that would be good for her and she was right. We never would have picked it out but it was perfect and we bought it. Regarding sizing, my daughter who is normally a medium had to try on a size large. I would go back in a heartbeat. The dresses here were far better quality than you would find in the chain stores.

I am also surprised at the negative comments. We have been very lucky finding beautiful, reasonable dresses here for two daughters in 2009 and 2012! This store had the most selections that fit my busty (36DD) but not overly large daughter, right off the rack! The staff was fine.

I am also very shocked at these comments. I had the best experience here. I've been to four other bridal stores in the area and i couldn't find anything... I decided to give this place a try after my friend recommended it to me. Glad I took her advice, they had the best selection. It was so hard to choose! In the other stores i couldn't even find one I liked, but here I ended up liking every dress i put on! Ended up getting a gorgeous prom dress for just $199!! I saw other dresses that were similar in style at the other stores but they were overpriced and cheap quality. The staff here were very welcoming, helpful, and far from pushy. I forgot the name of the girl who helped me, but she was amazingg! Thank you so much!! Only downside was that there was a bit of a wait for the fitting rooms... I went on the weekend and it was soooooo busy... Those of you who don't like the busy atmosphere, I recommend going during the week! Definately coming back next year for my senior prom dress!!!

I went to Aria to look for a prom dress, and I was very satisfied with the experience I had! The two employees let my mother and I look around in peace, without being on top of us the whole time, which I appreciated. And then once I decided I wanted to try some on, she brought my dresses into the dressing room, hung them up, and helped me zip, tie, and fit into the dresses I tried on! She offered compliments, told me which ones she thought were the most fitting and beautiful on me personally. Her opinions were extremely helpful, and she even gave me advice on where to shop for shoes because I have very little feet. The dress I ended up getting was gorgeous and not that expensive for a bridal shop! I am very happy with the service and results I received there!
