Robyn doesnt even do hair now and Tammy left and is at Bella Si in Westwood. All of the best leave Penney's apparently, the place looks like a ghost town now.

Tammy Brown ALWAYS DONE MY HAIR at jc penny salon. i called to get an appointment with tammy. they said she no longer worked there.so someone else done my hair. she told me tammy moved to flordia. i would love to know where tammy works at? i loved the way tammy did my hair.

You must be confused, the "OWNERS" are very nice people. If not confused then you must be the problem. Been there many times and have never had an issue.
