Well, city girl, you don't have to cry. I think my response was a reaction to your ignorance. I am happy you find it childish, it just goes to show that you are skating around the subject and not realizing what the original post is about. VICTOR LEE DAVIES...LOL

Because it's public record. It's no big deal. Like you said he was acquitted, big whoop. He is innocent so why not say who was a suspect. VICTOR LEE DAVIES, VICTOR LEE DAVIES, VICTOR LEE DAVIES.... LMAO. Don't cry curious. Who knows, maybe it'll jog someones memory and this tragedy could be solved. And, just 'cause nobody else posted his name doesn't mean squat. VICTOR LEE DAVIES forever!!! LMAO

Listen bitch, you're right, I don't give a damn about respect. What "curious" said about "acquitted" meaning someone is innocent is just plain wrong, I explained why it was wrong, end of story. Whether it's nice to say someone's name in that context isn't an issue. His name is his name is his name. Got it?
Oh wait, you are NOT a lawyer...sorry!
awwwwww u said a bad word

Ok, now that makes sense. But why did he pick her I wonder? He didn't rape her, he just wanted her dead? That's why I believe the rumors that Mr. Niesel wanted her dead,(to get the money), and this was just a hit man.

Michie, I do not see where you derived that I was "crying" nor, why you thought my response was ignorant. However, why do you accuse me of "skating around this subject"?

Out of RESPECT to the man accused of committing this murder...HE WAS AQUITTED! He CANNOT be re-tried for this! PERIOD!

It is called DOUBLE JEAPORDY!

Everyone knows about double jeapordy. What you are skating around is the fact, meaning not fiction, that his name is of public domain. If you were to research anything at a library, you would learn that anything that is printed in the paper, etc. is public domain. As far as being disrespectful, that's your opinion and it shall not be valued. Now, I can tell by your writing that you're getting upset and probably crying alot, so may I suggest you stick to the subject, VICTOR LEE DAVIES, of Jan Neisel, and be of some use on this thread because I'm tired of wiping your childish tears.:) VICTOR LEE DAVIES!!!!!

Okay, I'll T-Y-P-E R-E-A-L SLOOOOW. It does not matter if the Police even find DNA linking the "accused" killer to the killing. They cannot put him back on trial

End of story! So, why bring his name up again?

Wow, you're so smart, you know what double jeopardy is. Too bad you can't spell it.

What on earth does him not being able to be re-tried for anything have to do with the price of tea in China? Who said he COULD? Am I missing some obscure statute where you're never again allowed to utter the name of an acquitted defendant? There are many other topics on here; surely you could find one that you actually know something about?

Look c-girl, I'll repeat it for you since your pill filled mind cannot grasp the fact that: We ALL know that he can't be tried again. Okay, oh mighty dumb one. That has nothing to do with why I can tell the suspected and yes, acquitted, persons' name. VICTOR LEE DAVIES, VICTOR LEE DAVIES, that felt so awesome. VICTOR was accused of the killing, he was acquitted. Big deal. Doesn't mean he's innocent. So, VICTOR LEE DAVIES name shall always be related to Mrs. Neisel's murder weather you like it or not. I, and my opinion is greater than yours, think that you have a record and you don't want anyone bringing it up all the time because you would feel uncomfortable. Too bad. VICTOR LEE DAVIES, VICTOR LEE DAVIES. LOL You really are making me have to much fun c-girl.

That is a pretty good post!

My point was- Why bring his name up if he can NEVER be tried again?
Yes, he was a suspect and was arrested, tried and found innocent. In my opinion, his name should not even be entered into the equation.
