Maybe the people that works there wasn't trained right for the situation. The boy that died apparently was throwing a fit or having a seizure(I've heard 2 different stories)but the worker was trying to hold him down so he wouldn't hurt himself or somebody. What if he let him go,he may have hurt someone else & may still have died..(my condolences to the family)Thats a terrible way to lose someone but think about what you are doing to other peoples lives that 'maybe' is innocent..

How do you know he was having a seizure are you a medical doctor or are you just trying to cover up for the people at the home. Where was the manager of the home when all this abuse was going on did he have his head in the sand. There couldn't be that many cases of abuse and him not know about it. Or were all of these people that were being abused having seizures. Or was Price afraid they were going to beat him up again.

Sometimes people have to fight to save theirself when they are being abused. I pray that all of the ones that were abusing these children or adults gets what is coming to them.

Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway announced the indictments Tuesday against the nine workers at Community Presence, Inc. in Grayson. The indictment says that each person is charged with abuse of an adul, unlawful imprisonment, and first degree wanton endangerment. Each could face up tp 20 years in prison if convicted. In January, the same grand jury indicted Brandon Starostka andmatthew Brotles on manslaughter charges after te death of Michael Price at the Community Presence last year. A press release from Conway says that investigators with the office of the Attorney General's Medicad Fraud Control Division inituated in cooperation with the Grayson Police department after a suspicious death of a resident at the facility. In addition to the charges relating to the residents death, the investigation uncovered a dangerous pattern of abuse in the lives of various residents at the faciity.

I can honestly say that I am shocked at some of you people's behavior, even though i am a few month's behind on some of writing's. But anyway, I used to work for Community Presence, Some things I could agree with, and some I couldnt. But what really shocks me is that the men, and woman that is being alleged knew that restraining is illegal in the state of Kentucky. I am not saying that they are guilty nor innocent, But that they knew better. And for some of the other people that was on this website. Shame on you. That just goes to show you that when Sad thing's happen, other people wants to shine the light on them, dont you have any descency, or respect for the family, or yourself.

Either way this thing goes it is a bad think, i watch the newspaper everyday, This abuse thing is going on all around us, Someone new is abused nearly weekly all over the state, How many more have to be abused before someone makes a example out of some of these people that are doing the abusing. As Attorney general, Jack Conway needs to take this and see that someone pays the price for doing these things. This family lost their son to someone that cared nothing about the patients at this home. They can not get this son back, all they can do is go to a lonely grave and mourn his passing. And for the man that stood by and didn't do anything to stop it is as bad as the other. I hope that their consious bothers them so bad that they cant sleep at night and that they spend a good amount of time in jail for this. I pray for this family that lost their loved one that some day they will find peace with all this.

If all these people are innocent then why has one left the county and can't be found to serve papers on him
