I wasn't there, but that kind of thing happens all the time. People expect that their scripts will be done in like 2 minutes. That place is way too busy, the customers are too mean, the staff is over stressed. Oh it's really funny to be there when someone gets arrested for changing their scripts...wayyy to funny!

2 minutes isn't the problem.... 2 or 3 hours is the problem....... if they say 2 hours or 3 hours then it should be ready when a person goes back when they are told it will be ready. No one ever expects a script to be ready in 2 minutes that is just silly to even suggest people expect that. Just tell people when to come back and have it ready when you say it will be ready.

um, yeah, some people really DO expect their shit to be ready in lik2 2 mins. trust me, I worked there. They come in all griping and complaining about what kind of pain they're in, and you KNOW these customers are recurring customers who are questionable about the pain pills they get. YES, some really do think their shit should be done that quickly.

oh, and 2 or 3 hours...well it's not that the employees aren't working, because they are. That's all they do back there. They are too busy. What they need is another fill table so more than 2 techs can fill scripts at a time, and they also need more than one pharmacist there at all times. If they had enough room for 4 techs to fill scripts all the time, and two pharmacists to check it all the time, you would not have to wait that long. Management is the problem. Why hire more people so the profit lessens?

i am sure you are right and i can tell you have worked there. but people who act like that are use to getting everything they want when they want it and of course not paying for it. these people have never worked a day in their life and wouldn't have a clue what it is like to work a day in their life especially a day in a pharmacy. these people don't just act like that at the pharmaacy they act that way everywhere they go........ they should try to work a day and actually pay for something to see what life is really like for a working person. a requirement for any government assistance should be to work just one day to see what people are going thru that are paying their bills for them. maybe they wouldn't complain so much if they knew what it is like to work all day. not just get out of bed and take their cards that come in the mail to the dr. store, pharm. and everywhere else they go..........

Its not every day its like this. And you have to be wary of who's working..there is a pharmacist there, dora I think her name is. She's rude, lazy and treats her employees like crap. Every time we get our scripts filled she is sitting on her ass doing nothing while everyone else does all the work. She's the worst pharmacist I've ever seen. The tall guy that works there is the best pharmacist they have. When he's working our scripts are always filled on time. Yes, they are understaffed but a lot of it is because the dora lady won't help those who work under her. We have made complaint after complaint about her and the manager pat refuses to do anything about it. That's another person who's rude and treats her employees poorly.
