I happen to think that band Against The Grain is pretty awesome. They got Charlie Doolin on the bass and that man can play!! From what I hear he's been playin since he was 9. He does an awesome job! His oldest son Mike is on the drums and I've seen him a lot of places too. He does the talent show at KDMC a lot and I've seen him play harmonica, drums, and guitar. Then they have a big guy named Barry Eastham on the guitar and Josh Adams on the guitar as well. Their keyboard player Dom Fiera plays harmonica and keyboard. I really like Against The Grain and would love to see them again soon. No doubt that Phil Osborne plays with them sometimes too and he is good! I've heard a lot of music in this town...and I keep goin back to them. They know how to draw a crowd for sure!
I will have to agree with you! I heard these guys at the Greenup V.F.W. last month, and they were ROCKIN' HOTTTTT!!!! One of the best bands I have heard in this area in a while. The keyboard player picked up a harmonica in the middle of one of the songs they were playing, and, I came completely out of my seat! They have two great guitar players, and they can really play some good old classic music! Against The Grain is my pick!!!!!

Anyone ever hear of Devin Hall? I've heard the dude play drums around here a few times and he has some skill. The Keslings are def some of the best musicians around here, though. Love their style.

I remember Ralph. He played with a local band and he was really good. And all the girls in the Tri State liked to watch him cause he was adorable. Never knew what happened to him. There were some great bands from here in the 60's and 70's.

MOJO KING i aint sayin thier the best. all of the above are great musicians, but these guys are worth every one checkin out... josh kitchen drums buzz dickson lead guitar.mike delawder vocals guitar and joe adkins bass these guy are good people drink and hang out with the crowd allways nice to every one great band i havent saw a band this good since zachariah. their worth your time
They are a truly remarkable band , very intertaining. The only problem is the guy who plays the bass guitar, thinks he is a rock god.. I think he played with billy ray in the 80s local of course, corky took the reins and waa la. He needs to shut up and let someone else sing. Hes embarasing to the band and all who come and see them play.
