I have to agree. Josh is a very talented drummer. I've seen the crowd stop and watch during his drum solos. Anybody that can play Wipe Out with 1 hand has my vote.

Chris Webb is good too. Not too much to look at though. I like a drummer who's good AND who looks good sweaty. :)

Jerry is a great drummer. Probably the best, but just because someone is playing in Nashville versus Ironton doesn't mean anything. Look at that girl from the Donna's. She can't play for crap and she's famous!!!

I'm way out of the loop re Ashland area drummers, haven't lived there for over 10 years, so I am not going to vote. I have not heard Jerry Lawson, for that matter. I will, however, say that it's not exactly hard to get a gig at the hard rock in nashville. not exactly 'prestigious' either, especially on a tuesday night. as far as good club gigs in nashville: exit/in , the cannery / mercy lounge, 12th & porter (though lately it kind of sucks)- these are where the decent bands play, at least the ones without major label deals and national radio play.

bobby moore is in a band called from wrath to ruin, based out of flatwoods. they are playing a couple shows here in a couple weeks. one is in south point at the community center on march 12 and the other is at shamrocks irish pub in huntington march 18. if you folks are in to the "heavier" type of music and want to see a lesson in playing drums, be there.
what about

In the 70's, 80's and 90's there was a drummer GW Litteral. He was great. Had a band called PowerPlay. does anyone know what happen to him?
