Used to be a great place to do business but now they have changed to any old greedy bank. They fired Renee, one of our favorite tellers for no reason so the new President could bring in friends and family from PNC, which is where she came from. They are raising the cost of everything you do there and using every sneaky underhanded banking rule to gouge us of every sent they can get. Pat Ferry was strict and no nonsense but he realised the place was about taking care of the members, not seeing how much you could bleed them for. Now that they are cutting us to the bone, they are gonna use their ill gotten gain to build a giant building in downtown Ashland in the middle of a recession. And get this, the new pres is gonna have the whole top floor to herself as an office. I guess Pat's office isn't good enough for her. I am looking elsewhere to move my accounts and I recommend everyone else does before she bankrupts the place. Sorry to all my old friends there, we will miss your smiling faces, of course she is probably looking to get rid of you soon anyways.

Hang in there Renee, we all liked and respected you. they can tell all the lies they want but we know the truth. Just ask the new tellers where they came from.

I've been a member there for a long time and I have never had a bad experience that wasn't rectified immediately. And I'm sure that with a union work force they can't just fire employees without good reason.

I never used to have bad experiences there until the new president took over. Used to feel like you were talking to friends when you went in. Now they push you thru line as fast as possible and a big "Next" as soon as they can. Sign of the times I guess.
They can make up excuses to fire anyone, Union or not, to believe anything else is foolish. Unions have no teeth anymore. A great employee is gone and new people from PNC are in. Pretty obvious what is going on. The giant building plans for downtown are a fact also. Top floor one big office for the new President. The Fred Jackson way of thinking is spreading to our friendly neighborhood credit union. It's a damm shame.
