Yes, stop bt the food stamp office and those that frequent the building can give advice. I saw one cut in front of me at check out line and buy an entire case of potato chips with food stamp card. She bought noting else and had tats coming out of her eyes like racing stripes.

Epicenter in huntington is good. Its in the 800 block of 6th ave, half a block past the chinese place on the corner of 6th ave and 8th st.

Epicenter does do good work. Tat-Nice is excellent as well. That's Billy Beans' shop and he's easily in the top 2 or 3 for color work in the area. Matt Hays does awesome black and grey stuff there too... probably the best b&g in the area. Teddy McBee is really good too, and definitely worth the drive to Lucasville. He was the owner of Scattered Images in Portsmouth a few years ago and has also worked out of Grindhouse and Tat-Nice.

Actually bad Buddha is's in Westwood...ask for Rick..he's the best and he's even been featured in some nationwide tattoo magazines...he's done all my work plus a bunch of friends' work and we've never been let down

Monkey Bomb in Portsmouth is a great 'clean' shop, they do Great tattoos,hes kinda booked so call ahead and make a appt.. he also has a FB page you can get all his info from.. Good luck
