I think it's right that they get singled out. They should have the option to get the same as the other students, but only less of a portion because they paid less, and should get less product.

Someone did tell me not too long ago that at an area school district that if kids had a balance due that the kids had to have cold lunches and breakfast, rather than a hot meal!! Meaning get cereal instead of biscuits and gravy, or a cold cut sandwhich instead of pizza. I dont think thats right to single them out like that, theres too much bullying goin on in all grades and thats just one more thing for kids to get bullied about!!!

Hey I am holding the mirror up to society and this is what I see. Fat poor children with cavaties. Now a couple of hungry nights will remind them as they get older to work harder than their parents do. Get a little bit smarter than their parents were. This will free up so much tax money. So you can have a little jingle in your pocket to be a neighborhood hero towards the poor (if you really want to help them out).

I think it's awful how selfish society is these days. All you ever hear is "oh my tax dollars..". Your taxes won't be cut regardless of how much help the poor gets. It'll just go to the rich instead.

I'm not saying it's right that parents don't give their kids lunch money, or that the parents that should be able to afford it deserve the help. It is their responsibility, and their kids should be taken over it. The thing is that regardless there not going to get them taken and those kids will just be hungry. I knew a girl in school who's mom had a great job, great cars, nice clothes, etc. She dressed her daughter in hand me downs, gave her crap food at home (while she went out to eat with friends/ men.) She never gave her money to shop for clothes or for school money, but since her mom made so much money she wasn't eligible for free lunch. So she just didn't eat lunch unless a friend could pay for hers. She was too ashamed to charge bc shed already charged about four times.

Your opinion sucks. Your example you give makes your opinion suck. Your new name should be My Opinions Suck, not Opinion#9.[QUOTE who="opinion#9"]< quoted text>

Lol. Okay? Your opinion is meaningless and obnoxious. I've never seen anyone on here actually value your opinion.
