There is no way that I could travel that far. Thank you though. We are limited to our local area. Have not heard of this dr previously, have a dr that I have been with for last ten years, wouldn't change for the world. Finding a competent doctor who meshes with your views, values, and treats you intelligently is hard now days when health care has went to nurse practitioners and assistants. It used to that Dr. Shopping meant finding a dr that you were comfortable with and trusted, now it is sadly used to refer to people seeing multiple dr for same issue. Little by little we lose our right to make choices because of the ones that use their ability to make choices to make the wrong ones and the rest of us suffer.

dr. micheal moore killed my son alone with the rest of employees at back to wellness.and they know who i am cause i called them..their incompetent and could care less of the patients.. my son had real pain car wreck... but, the dosage and quanties was way to much. plus mixing meds that should not be given together.no one should be put on oxys.benzos together unless under close observation..how are they going to be under close observation unless hospitalized...i pray they close all the pain clinics ..make people go back to their local md.if they need prescriptions..my son was not messed up when he died.

Look this doctor is an alcholic I know for a fact seen it myself ge would pass out I have seen him go from clinic to clinic plus he ask to many questions go somewhere else its not hard
