Well there are no laws that say women killers get less of a penalty than men. She is just as capable of getting the same punishment as a man would be. It's jsut sad that often drunken driving accidents don't get the penalties they should because they say it is unintentional. She didn't set out to kill the man. I feel though that it should have the same penalty as wether she meant to or not it had the same end result. Even more unfortunate, is she probably was at a bar and will sue them for over serving her and ruining her life by causing her to kill someone and she will probably be wealthy from her killing an innocent man. That is where TN laws are messed up. It has nothing to do with her being a female.

McCreery was a friend , a father, a husband and a very beloved Bother to many. This Bitch should rot in jail for what she has done! She does not desereve bail and does not deserve to see the light of day again. His daughter had to watch this horrific incedent that could have been prevented if this bitch was a little more of an adult and did not drink and drive. His famly deserves justice for what has happened to him and for her to be let out on bail is very hard to fatham, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE JUDICAL SYSTEM!??????? Sincerley, PISSED OFF!!!!!

A car can do just as much damage whether a man or a woman is behind the wheel. It shouldn't mean she get special treatment. She got drunk and killed somebody. She's not going to get what she deserves anyway. Just my opinion.

He was my older cousin. He treated as if I was one of his children. He meant the the world to me and this evil woman took him away from us all. He influenced so many lives, and would do anything for anyone that needed help. None of this seems real and I keep wishing that he would walk through the door, or that I would wake up from this nightmare. But thats not possible and it just continues. Then she is free on the street for only $6,000. How is that possible? I just hope we get some justice and some closure. Thank you all for your comments and support.

Justice should be served, but lets let God take care of her soul. OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE NOT LOST A LOVED ONE IN THIS MANNER OTHERWISE YOU WOULD PROBLY SAY DIFFRENT. SO LET GOD HANDLE HER SOUL TO HELL AS FAAR AS I AM CONCERNED!!!!!

We see such a lack of decency in our society today. Do you think it will ever get any better?
It is hard to imagine, but I do. It will only be through God's kingdom however.
I am so sorry for this needless tragedy.
