2 whom it may concern, I have lived here in ashland city tn, about 4 yrs now and I have been left with the worst living experences that I have ever been delt. I am a disabled vet I am 57 yrs old and have been living on a fixed encome only because I have no other choice, Dear God Please Help Me Get Out of Here, I will die because of the health conditions here at ROYAL OAKS APTS 204 Stratton BLVD ASHLAND CITY TN 37015
