They are notorious for soliciting for auto accidents . They are in bed with a group of DC's out of TX. Google, American Health Choice in Flower Mound, TX. Beware.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Had to wait all day just to get an xray and a recommendation from a so called doctor that needed a refresher course in how to treat someone that is paying them for a service. The commercials make it look good, but don't be fooled. They had the temp in that place sooo cold that they were handing out blankets to ppl. Felt sorry for all the elderly ppl sitting there shaking. And get ready to take a urine drug test...yes i said drug test...even on a consulation visit. I feel this was not necessary when no other appts were made and no meds were prescribed..RIP OFF!! for u and your ins company. No wonder people can't afford insurance when u have to pay for bogus charges such as that! When a member of the office staff was questioned, she was very rude and said it was 'their policy' to give everyone a drug test!!

This place is HORRIBLE. I drive 1.5 hrs to be seen in hopes of finding a new doctor that is closer to us since we moved. My first visit took 5 hrs and I was seen by several people and left wondering who in the hell my doctor was. Then had a procedure done by one stuck up chick with no patiet care skills/bedside manor who was maybe 25 sticking needles in my back... Then I go back today..treated the exact same way except this time I had 6 injections in my back done by the same girl. The pain of the procedure probaly felt just as bad as a crucifixion and no matter how hard I cried she just got louder in her conversation with her assistant as if she didnt give a shit that I was in severe pain. I walked out of that office having a sever panic attack and hyperventilating due to the torture I had been through and the amount of pain Iwas in. I have been treated for my back for 5 yrs and have NEVER experienced such pain and careless people. The whole office staff is careless. I hope this place gets shut down. DO NOT GO TO TN NERVE AND SPINE!!! VERY INHUMANE!!

I totally agree with Leigh. My insurance and I have been charged over 10,000 and I feel worse than I did before I went to them. I am in the process of seeking some professional advice on what to do.

I am 22 years old and went into this place for my DDD and Sciatica from totaling out 2 cars within 2 years in combination with a boating accident. Needless to say, my age and the record of abuse associated with young adults is outrageous, yet completely understandable. I have a great job and am prescribed percocet 10/325 with torodal 10mg, neither of these completely relieve my pain, but make it somewhat tolerable to work and go to school. I went to TN Nerve and Spine institute a month following my second car accident. They instantly drug screened me, which I was only positive for Oxycodone ( Hints the prescription ) and without even asking me, I was "rushed" into an "operating table" and placed on my stomach and the BITCH of a "nurse" instrumenting my EPIDURALS/Steroids into my spine was laughing the whole time I was in absolute tears! My back pain legitamately is at a constant 7-8 and acute breakthroughs sending me to tears with an all out 11! However, the worst pain i have felt in my entire life was the administering of the shots by the BITCH who did not countdown, nor did she inform me of how many shots i was recieving. I am 6'5" and 225 lbs and in great shape and somewhat of a tougher guy than most you could say, but when I left there and during the majority of my visit, i was not only in more pain than all accidents combined, but intimidated into being manipulated into their "structured out plan" to relieve my pain in my back and leg. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NOR GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN! TOTAL RIP OFF, TOTAL SCAM, TOTAL PAIN!

I could not disagree more, regarding the previous remarks. Yes I had to wait to see the providers at this specialty clinic. Regardless of the ill tempered, drug seeking "patients" waiting, the staff remained patient and tolerable. Yes there are rules which seem to be similar in other pain clinics I have been to, however since I followed the rules all was well. Yes the procedures were uncomfortable at times, however, they made the pain less in the long run. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is truly the first place I have been where the people actually listen to you.

i have just scheduled an appointment after discovering the best dr I have ever had is now here. I currently go to the same pain management place he once worked and have been there for many years. My main concern is that I will be expected to have procedures that I already know do not work in order to remain on my current meds. The only reason I would think of leaving where I am is due to the dr now working here as he is was amazing. Must you have procedures in order to get medically needed pain medications? I have what is called failed lumbar fusion syndrome-4 cages and on disability at 38- what a life- anyone sees this- do not have back surgery without doing research on both dr and what they are putting in your body!!!

I saw this advertised on tv and recommended it to someone that has no medical insurance. Over the phone they were quoted a price of $150.00 for the 1ts visit. That person just called me after going in for the appt. Once they arrived, the price changed to $350.00!! I advised them to get the heck out of there, and immediately googled this site. Wish I had googled before I sent them there. Just glad they refused to pay. Can I say RIP OFF? YES!!

thanks so much for all the posts- I did some additional research and have found numerous sites detailing the horrible treatment they received here and the outrageous amounts their insurance was billed. I was first given an appointment after I made sure I would be seeing Dr. Ladson ( a former pain doctor of mine that was amazing), and after explaining that I have been with a pain management place for years and am on opiate medication for my condition. I wanted to be sure I would be given at least the same as I am currently on before I discharged from where I was. Then on the day of my appointment thankfully I called to confirm I would be meeting with Dr Ladson and would be given medication once my records were reviewed. I was then told the truth- that on the first visit I would not be seeing a doctor at all but rather a nurse who would give me a detailed pain management plan including how many and how often I'd receive shots even though my records have a letter from Infectious Disease and a new Neurosurgeon stating due to my condition (failed fusion)and how the shots I received back in February of 2012 gave me a staph infection that turned into MRSA, I was no longer a candidate for ANY shots as now my body is MRSA Colonized so that all that can be done for me at this time is staying with pain management and on medications to help with the pain and an anti-depressant to help me deal with the fact that nothing can be done to correct the surgeon's many mistakes... I was also told I would have to agree to let them decide if I needed shots and where I should have them and what other procedures before I would be able to see a doctor or receive any meds. I was then told that while they knew I would have to get a discharge letter from my current pain clinic, they were sorry that I would go through withdrawal before I could get any medications but they would give me a list of facilities I could go to that they are affiliated with to 'detox' safely! SAY WHAT!!! I have since found an amazing new place, and an amazing new doctor- still not as good as my old buddy Dr Ladson, but much better than where I was- he actually listens, adjusted my meds and happily gave me my much needed anti-depressant. I may even be able to return to work since I am no longer in pain after a few minutes of sitting up like I have been since surgery- wow- I may be able to come off disability also!!! if you are considering here, keep looking- this is not a place for those truly in pain and truly in need of medication therapy alongside other therapies that may help such as hydro-therapy (working out in a large hot tub- not hydro as in loratab lol)

I think a lot of people responding on here are drug seekers. As I have been a patient here and went through their treatment process and was actually healed. They didnt just write me scripts for serious narcotics and keep me strung out. They did many procedures along with medication therapy and I didnt need them after just 6 months of treatment. I had back issues that I spent a lifetime dealing with. They healed me. I no longer need any pills for my back, and got my life back! I bounced from pain clinic to pain clinic for a long time before I could say that.

I never took any medication from TSNI. My doctors had prescribed me medication but I didn't want to addicted to medication or have any bad side effects. I went there to get help and didn't receive it. I don't appreciate you assuming I am a drug addict. That may the case for some but not I . I didn't have any drugs in my system when i was tested. I am glad you got help but many of us didn't.

Rip off!!!!!! I fell for their commercial for a new wonder treatment for neuropathy. I was quoted a little over $2,000.00 for the four week treatment. It was over $20,000 and my insurance picked up the majority...I am responsible for 3,000. They told me in the beginning that my insurance pre-approved my treatments for 100% but, when I got my bill and began checking my insurance company said they did not speak with anyone there. When I confronted them about the cost vs what I was told, they said this was a new program and at the time they were not sure what the exact cost would be. I can understand a few hundred dollars difference, but thousands!!! My advice to you is run away, do not walk.
