Smoking ban exemptions shot down

I agree. Get smoking out of indoor areas. In fact we need to go farther and get it out of most outdoor areas.

HEY YOU NAZIS, its not a health issue at all its a rights issue. As far as health goes your theory on second hand smoke has been shot threw with so many holes it isnt even funny. Now dont you worry your heads none, youll get to have your non smoking worlld for awhile, at least til the voters get pissed off with the gren agenda and kick the progressive prohibitionists out of office. YES, you wont have to worry as alchohol is getting the progressives scrutiny too....befor its over if you have any alchohol to drink itll be all near beer.........just mosey on up to the bar and get a sasparilla thats all you lil boyz can drink anyway.............

ROFL.. Thats why the state taxes smoking so much.. For profits.

I say ban Beer and other stills also. Close the Bars... It will save thousands from drunk drvers...

We can use all the crops for auto fuel...

Youll get your wish yet, but since you dont consider other peoples rights maybe you should consider the losses in tax revenue that the state will pass onto you..........itll happen and meanwhile everybody that liked to party still will..........and the bootleggers will be enjoying the prohibition and collecting the revenues the state should have gotton but wont
because youll be paying it from another source.
So go ahead and ban ban ban prohibition is great
we get tax free smokes and booze..........and a lot cheaper than retail rices too.........
