According to Waukesha D.A. Brad Schimmel: Chronic intoxicated drivers are the most dangerous thing in Waukesha County. When we're dealing with chronic intoxicated drivers, we have to change their lifestyles. That takes prevention and treatment resources, not just jail cells. It all takes money.

IMHO, We really need some alternative treatment programs. The tradtional treatment programs currently available, don't seem to be working.
I think it's important to look into alternative programs, and give them a try. Wisconsin seems to be the best place to try them out. Plus, I have some really great ideas, that are likely to benefit everyone! Unfortunately, no one wants to discuss it. |
